A NOTE FROM OUR HANDICAP CHAIRMAN
Attention Bum's
As many of you already know, we will now be posting ALL of our scores individually. The computer is located in the Pro Shop @ the right side of the counter.
It is the responsibility of every golfer in the Men's club to post every score immediately after completing a round of golf. Be sure you know and use the EQUATIBLE STROKE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ALL POSTING. If you play at an away course it is recommended that you post at whatever course you play if they have a computer, If not, you will have to post @ The Moor ASAP.
You will still have to turn in your posted scores into the CARD BOX for auditing purposes.
I hope the transition will go smoothly...............but please be aware that PENALTIES will be assessed if posting of all scores is not being done and Equitable stroke control is not being used.

USGA E-MAILS HANDICAPS
When you sign up for the BUM's, if you have an e-mail address to give on the application please fill it in CLEARLY, you will then receive your handicaps from the USGA via e-mail, they are printable from the internet, or you can print a copy of your card using the printer beside the computer in the pro shop.
We will be using your e-mail address for the Divot coming up in 2007 so again make sure that we get a readable e-mail address on your membership application.
ATTENTION BUM'S
Starting after April 1st and running through the rest of the golf season, sign up for Saturday play, will close on Thursdays at 6:00 pm, so the chairman can make up teams, and have them ready for tee time inquiries, on Friday after 12:00 noon. As always, if the weather is going to be great, you need to sign up early, because there are a limited number of tee times avalible.
Just a reminder, the deadline for canceling your play, in Tournements or Saturdays, is 6:00 pm on friday, or you will be charged the entry fee as a fine.
